The Ministry of Finance announces that it has closed the March 2020 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 15.568 billion.
The Sukuk issuances were divided into two tranches as follows:The Sukuk issuances were divided into three tranches as follows:
-- The first tranche has a size of SAR 1.300 billion and a total tranche size of SAR 2.523 billion, matures in 2027.The first tranche has a size of SAR 170 million and a total tranche size of SAR 2.743 billion, matures in 2025.
-The second tranche has a size of SAR 504 million, and a total tranche size of SAR 8.346 billion, matures in 2030.
- The third tranche has a size of SAR 14.894 billion, and a total tranche size of SAR 14.894 billion, matures in 2050.
