NDMC closes the November 2021 Issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program

The National Debt Management Center announces the closure of November 2021 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 614.179 million (Six hundred and fourteen million and one hundred and seventy-nine thousand Saudi Riyals).​The Ministry of Finance announces that it has closed the July 2019 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 5.216 billion.

 

The Sukuk issuances were divided into three tranches as follows:

The issuance included one tranche of  SAR 614.179 million (Six hundred and fourteen million and one hundred and seventy nine thousand Saudi Riyals), matures in 2033.

     

  • *Numbers are rounded to the nearest decimal.​​The first tranche has a size of SAR 1.955 billion, and a total tranche size of SAR 5.805 billion, matures in 2024.
