The National Debt Management Center announces the closure of November 2021 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 614.179 million (Six hundred and fourteen million and one hundred and seventy-nine thousand Saudi Riyals).The Ministry of Finance announces that it has closed the July 2019 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 5.216 billion.
The Sukuk issuances were divided into three tranches as follows:The issuance included one tranche of SAR 614.179 million (Six hundred and fourteen million and one hundred and seventy nine thousand Saudi Riyals), matures in 2033.
